We are committed to delivering your orders promptly and securely across the United Arab Emirates and Qatar. Please find our regional shipping policy below:
📍 1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS
United Arab Emirates: We deliver across all emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
Qatar: We deliver nationwide, including Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Wakrah, Al Khor, and Madinat ash Shamal.
Note: Deliveries to remote or offshore areas in either country may require additional transit time.
⏱️ 2. SHIPPING TIME
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Standard Delivery: Typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on your city and location.
Public Holidays: Orders placed on Fridays (or Saturdays in some regions) and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Standard Shipping: FREE (Limited time offer)
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for both UAE and Qatar orders.

🔍 4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number or a tracking link will be shared with you via Email or SMS, allowing you to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
📦 5. DELIVERY PROCESS
Our local courier partners in the UAE and Qatar will contact you via phone call or WhatsApp before attempting delivery to confirm your availability. If you are unavailable during the first attempt, a redelivery will be scheduled automatically.
📭 6. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, wrong phone number, or repeated customer unavailability, we will reach out to resolve the issue. Please note that repeated delivery attempts after multiple failures may incur additional charges.
❗ 7. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your package arrives damaged or any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate with the courier and resolve the issue immediately.
